Rache Brand
Board Member & Treasurer. Referral Partner and Advocate

Rache Brand is a systems architect and capital strategist whose work spans entrepreneurship, full-spectrum finance, root cause and systems change, and regenerative business. As Board Member and Treasurer of TruNorth Naturals, Rache brings decades of experience helping mission-driven businesses navigate growth, unlock revenue and ultimately capital, and design long-term sustainability—economic, ecological, and human.

Rache’s work is rooted in a clear principle: humanity will not thrive unless we realign our lives with the intelligence of nature. With this belief at her core, she has founded and scaled companies across multiple industries, building businesses that not only grow but endure. From food systems and climate services to wellness and finance, her journey reflects a deep commitment to resilient infrastructure and future-safe models.

Rache supports both founders and investors in building aligned, high-integrity ventures. Her Theory of Change lies in her Disciplined Approach to Growth (DAG) part of Master Growth,  designed to drive generational change, integrating capital design, operational transformation, and systemic strategy. Rache serves as a bridge between bold ideas and financial durability, especially in hard-to-scale sectors like food, health, and sustainability.

Her earlier ventures included a food and sustainability business that worked with multinational clients like Compass Group and International Paper and spun out three operating entities. Rache went on to conduct high-impact behavioral research at the Food & Brand Lab at Cornell University, helping shape national school nutrition policies. She supported as a consultant and helped scale Chobani’s foodservice business from $23M to nearly $900M in four years.

She entered venture capital, joined a fund focused on food-tech innovation, and later transitioned into economic development with the State of Connecticut. There, she worked to align capital infrastructure with the real needs of emerging markets and long-term planetary health. She ended up in Private Credit, finally realizing how off track our society was with what we were investing in.

Rache is now channeling this experience into collective health, a multi-sector platform focused on food as medicine, root cause, human behavior, and systems transformation. Her life’s work is anchored in the belief that resilience, compassion, and bold structural change must all work in concert.

Rache lives and works with intention, weaving business and personal transformation into a single thread. Through TruNorth, she supports forest-based economies, bringing nature into health, responsibility in our supply chains, and an ethos of interconnection—knowing that to build something that lasts, it must first be aligned with what’s real.
